Lifetime Contributor (Public Sector)
Conchita Carpio-Morales served as Ombudsman from 2011 to 2018. She is widely recognized for her commitment to justice, integrity and anti-corruption efforts. She held high-ranking officials accountable for corruption, imposing administrative sanctions, and taking legal action against prominent figures including a former president, a former vice-president, senators, congressmen and governors. Called “Woman of Steel,” she professionalized and upgraded the capabilities of the Office of the Ombudsman and “restored the people's faith in the rule of law.”

Expatriate Executive of the Year
The award is open to any non-Filipino who achieved measurable success while overseeing an organization within the Philippines. The accomplishment must have made a strong contribution to the development of the country's economic capabilities and its human capital.

Circle of Excellence is a genuine credential on its own. From roughly 45nominations per category, PC and the judges select 10 to 14 finalists.Each is publicly named, receives a trophy, goes on stage at AwardsNight, and earns speaking invitations at Asia CEO forums.
Companies have used the recognition to raise capital, close enterprisedeals, and attract senior talent. It carries weight because the selectionprocess is credible and the field is competitive.
